How does the design and installation process work?
We start with a pressure-free home visit to measure the room, discuss your wishlist, and understand your budget. Next, we arrange a showroom appointment in Aycliffe to go over ideas, colours, and choices. We'll send you a design to review, and once you're completely happy, we provide a final quote and estimated installation dates.
Do you handle all the trades like plumbing and electrics?
Yes! We offer a full turnkey service. From the initial removal and waste disposal to plumbing, electrics, building works, plastering, joinery, and flooring, we manage everything so you don't have to hire separate contractors.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Due to high demand and our commitment to quality, we are typically fully booked 6 to 12 weeks in advance. We recommend getting in touch early to secure your preferred installation dates.
Are your kitchens and bedrooms pre-built or made to order?
Everything we do is fully bespoke and made to order. We hold no stock, which means we can achieve any color and offer a massive range of doors, worktops, appliances, and lighting tailored specifically to your home.
What are your payment terms and do you offer finance?
We do not offer finance. For kitchens, deposits are taken before any materials are ordered, and no materials are delivered to the site without prior payment. We ensure complete transparency with costs throughout the process.
